I make these vessels because I can't keep my hands off the supply of fabric I have in my studio. It is a thrill for me to 'throw' these forms on my sewing machine and to watch their forms be determined by the process. They are meant to engage your sense of touch as well as sight. They are about color, pattern, form and touching.
